Paths for protecting the dignity of the human person in the data society

The present article aims to analyze the legal protection of human dignity within the data society. The main objective is to address how to preserve the dignity of the human person in the context where human interactions are increasingly permeated by new technologies such as big data and the digital environment. This work is justified by the assimilation of new patterns of social interaction and the legal protection to be conferred in the new social context. The methodology employed in the construction of this article was logical-deductive, based on a bibliographic analysis procedure on the central points involving the data society, the digital field, and the defense of human dignity.
