After thirty years of installation, on April 7, 1988, of the Superior Court of Justice, created by the Federal Constitution of 1988, to ensure uniformity in the interpretation of federal legislation, Minister Luís Felipe Salomão elected the main precedents that marked the evolution of the Court, considering the impact of such judgments in the social, political, economic and legal life of the country. In this very brief jurisprudential incursion are exposed emphasized themes judged of the right to oblivion and the link disruption between the name and the result of internet search – deindexation, as a starting point to new reflections and approaches; especially, relating to the first theme, in the next trial of the Supreme Court (Extraordinary Appeal 1010606), and second, on the light of Federal Law 13.709/2018.
