Labor migration respond to the challenges imposed economic, demographic and technological changes, which require the presence of foreign workers in industrialized countries. The migrations respond to labor issues and, in this regard, the International Labour Organization has been especially concerned about the prospect of labor migration flows. This paper analyzes the international protection of labor migration and gives special attention to the treatment of the principle of equal treatment and opportunities. The international migratory movements currently have a complex nature and are diverse in their manifestations and reasons. The study aims to present the efforts of the international community to promote decent work at international level, especially ensuring the guarantee of a fair immigration movement.
